Acrostic Poem about Fireworks

 The past two days we have been learning about Fireworks and how they became such a beautiful celebration. Everyone in team Toroa made a Acrostic poem based on Fireworks. Before we done our doc and slide we look at some sparklers to help us with what we should do for our writing.  They helped the people that didn't do Fireworks and have never experienced what it felt like, what it smelt like what it looked like and what it sounded like.

I enjoyed publishing my doc to my slide and watching the sparklers sparkle under the tree.

I found it easy to publish my acrostic poem to a slide and edit it/ make it a lot more fancier.

I found it hard to come up with the idea and what words I was going to put on my acrostic poem, I also found it hard to come up with what I was going to write down the page.

Next time I will try make the words longer.

My Media graphic, Quote

Today for Manaiakalani we were lerning about Evaluating Media. We had to watch a video about a house hippo and if there real or fake, we answer some qusetions and made our own fake quote on a google drawing or Sumopaint. I enjoyed Look and reading all the amzing Quotes and figuring out whitch one I wanted to write in my google drawings. I found it hard to answer all the qusetions about the loden days and all about the quotes. It was hard because I didn't know anything. Next time I will try find a longer quote and make sure the background matches the topic and my quote.

 

Nga Tae Colours

For the past 3 weeks we have been learning about Nga Tae/ the colours in Maori. We listened to songs to help us figure out what are the names of the colours. The whole of team Toroa made one slide each about all the colours in Maori. 

I enjoyed making the slide about the Maori colours and coming up with great idea to do a rainbow. I did a rainbow because it technically has half the colours we learned about.

I found It challenging to do the polly line over my rainbow. I also found it challenge to name every single colour on every slide.

I found it easy to learn about all the colours because I already new half of them and I new the whole song.

Next time I will try and make it look a bit more realistic cause it kind of don't look that real. 

Fake Postcard

Today we were learning about what is real and what is fake on the internet. There is a lot of bad people on the internet. They try take your money and your passwords so don't fall for it, check your bank before you give them your private passwords. 

I enjoyed making the postcard and inserting the background to match what I was making my postcard about.I found it hard to find the perfect picture to match what I was doing for my card and what fitted with me riding a Toroa.

 I found it easy to come up with the idea to ride an Fake Toroa and to insert the photo I took and made it fit on the Toroa.

 Next time I will do a take a better photo and to add more of my back side also to not crop half of my body out on accident.
