Is The Environment Our Responsibility?

We have been learning about how to write an quality piece of persuasive writing. The last few weeks we have been doing our draft piece of persuasive writing about ''Is the environment our responsibility'' At first it was challenging but I started to get the hang of it, the more I researched and focused more on the topic it started to get easier and easier. Once I finished my draft piece it was time to copy and past it to my google slide. After I work on my slide I get to publish it to my blog. I enjoyed this learning because it was very interesting and there were a lot of things I learnt during my writing. I liked researching all the facts and learning from my writing. Next time I will try and finish it faster and put it in my own words fully. I also think I need to work on knowing what im about to write. A question I still have about is how much rubbish flows out in the ocean every single day and a question for you Is the environment our responsibility?

Scratch tutorial

 

We were learning about how to upload a Screencastify tutorial to teach kids how to use scratch. My tutorial teaches other kids how to add and insert a sprite on scratch.

    

Scratch Commenting

Today we were learning about ho to create our own Scratch game and looking at other peoples games that they made.

I found it easy to watch the tutorials and come up with an idea for my game.

I found it challenging to make my sprite and it was hard to make it move to different directions. 

Next time I will try to finish it in time because it was really hard for me on my first time. 

Night time and Dusk

We were learning about how to write and described our favorite time of day.

I found it easy to copy and past  our writing to the web.

I found it challenging to figure out what part of the day I was going to write about.

Next time I will add more scientific words and describe more about my favorite time of day.

 

Awapuni School Fun Run

We were learning about how to write a piece of descriptive writing about our Awapuni School Fun Run.

I found it easy to copy and paste my recount writing into a google slide.

 I found it challenging to start my recount writing. 

 Next time I will try to use a bit more descriptive language in my writing.

 

Digital Reading Challenge

We were learning about how to voice type story into our Digital Reading Challenge in one minute.

I found it easy to voice type my story into the slide.

I found it challenging to edit the story I was voice typing into my slide.

Next time I will try to get more words or the most I can.

Quality comments

We were learning about How to publish a quality blog comment to other people. I found it easy to make the google drawings. I found it challenging to figure out what I was going to write until I was looking at the slide. Next time I will add a bit more facts because I don't think I have enough.
